Here are ten of my favorite health and beauty products that I cannot live without (in no particular order because I love them all!)
Rose Bud Perfume Co. Lip Salve — A friend of mine introduced me to this lip balm years ago, and I have never found anything better that this. I literally cannot sleep at night with out it. Thank, Alicia!
Baby Foot USA — The only foot peel I’ve found that actually works and rejuvenates my feet. If you can get past a week of your feet peeling, you will love the results.
It’s a 10 Leave-in-Miracle Conditioner — Of course, good hair products will vary depending on your type of hair. I wear my hair relaxed, and since I exercise often, my hair tends to dry out quickly. I love to use this product after I shampoo and condition my hair at home, between salon appointments, to combat dryness.
Kaleidoscope Hair Drops — I’ve been growing my hair out for a few months now, and I started using this product about three months ago. I not only like the way it feels on my scalp, but the results the I saw within the first month were incredible.
Lily Lashes — I like the mink lashes in a few different styles, depending on the look I am going for. “Miami Lash” is one of my favorites. I like the thin lash band and the durability of these lashes.
BECCa Shimmering Skin Perfector — I like the color “Champagne Pop.” I wear this almost everyday, even if I am not totally made up. It gives my skin a nice glow while looking really natural.
Olive Oil — I am partial to olive oli produced in California because of the state’s strict standards on olive oil production. California has set industry standards to ensure their evoo (extra virgin olive oil) is truly 100% evoo. Evoo supports brain health, fights cancer, naturally slows aging (yas), helps with weight loss, and promotes a health gut. I take a tablespoon every day!
Pure Figi Coconut Sugar Rub — I found this scrub at local spa a few years ago, and I still can’t get enough of it! My favorite scent is guava. This scrub leaves my skin soft and glowing.
Jo Malone Vitamin E Hand Treatment — I actually discovered this cream on a flight to London a few years ago inside of a cosmetic pouch. It's amazing for dry hands.
Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm — I normally use this cleansing balm a few times a week as a deep cleanser. It’s non-drying and gives my skin a fresh glow.
