Thanks for all the love and inquiries from my latest post on Instagram. I love that look because it was easy and comfortable. These days, I try my best find a balance between style and comfort. Although it’s been a few months since my post-back surgery, I like to remain a bit careful with my shoe choices.
Let me jump right in since so many of you emailed and DM’d about my shoes.
I purchased these boots about five years ago. They are by Burberry, pre-Ricardo Tisci. I don’t really wear them often because they take a bit of effort to get on. When it comes to military chic, these are a perfect fit.
The pants also caused my DMs to blow up! I have worn the pants before and shared them on the blog. I told you that I live for an outfit remix, right?! These pants are actually men’s pants by Unravel. They are my tried and true, and I wear them at least once a month. So, they are well broken in by now.
I can’t stress this enough – take pride in reworking pieces you’ve already worn! Don’t let the internet fool you into believing you have to wear something new every time you leave the house. Give your outfits a remix and have fun with pairing different pieces in new ways.
